INITIATION:
To
keep thinking about things that may not be resolved or fulfilled is known as worrying. Worrying is a
general feeling of uneasiness that creeps when any situation or problem is a
matter of concern to you. In other words, 'worrying' encompasses dreaming seven
storied house in highly developed city of the world full of well decorated
rooms but having an ill-decorated cottage in the corner of the remote area. In
the same way, imagining the post of CEO from the chair of clerk and feeling too anxious of not getting the post in reality can also be the
instance of worrying.
A
little worrying is normal. It notifies us from the upcoming dangers. We would
never anticipate potential consequences, problems or dangers if we are not
worried normally. But too often of worrying is such a thing that drags the
innocents towards passivity, quiescent and inactiveness.
Effects of Worrying:

Physical Pain
and Tension:
Studies have shown that the students loose their
physical fitness during their examination or final assessments. Children often
get their muscular imbalance at the time of their tests. Entrepreneurs lack their
confidence when their business is in loss. College/University graduates fail to
get success in life. Politicians assign wrong decisions. People get
increased their blood pressure which may
result heart attack in future. Employers lack their hopes.This is all because
of muscular pain and over tension caused by worrying.
-Victim of Addiction :
Without any worry, pressure or tension,
no one compels to be the addict. All the national and international
organizations working for the settlement and rehabilitation of the addicts have
stated that the cause of being addict is their anxiety. People become worried
about their wants, necessities and choices no matter how much the income is. If
they could not fulfill their wants, as well as interests, it causes them to be
the addict. Here, this scenario ruins their lives and cracks their future plans
for years.
-Advocacy
of Passivity :
The severe attack of worrying leads a person
towards passivity. People loose their strength, courage and inward sovereignty.
In the same way the continuous anxiety kills their supreme confidence in any
subject matter as in job, entrepreneur, business, games and so more. It
encourages people not to me active, energetic, dedicated and devoted towards
their each and every responsibility. As it misbalances the mental consistency
with a negative skepticism , all sufferers of perplexity squander their
audacity. That's why it undoubtly supports inactiveness.
-Mood Disorder :
Wanting
the thing but not getting gracefully really disarranges the thinking capability
of a person. People are too much willing to be the supreme all of them
around society, they should be able to
get what they want with too little effort. If they are unable to obtain above mentioned things so
normally, they starts worrying. The
regular such panic mood fails to assign 'right time right decision'. So,
anxiety terminates the mood disorder.
- Frustration/Depression:
The
feeling of being sad, upset or annoyed because of not being able to achieve
something is known as frustration/depression. When anyone is frustrated there
is the feeling of dissatisfaction accompanied by depression. It is such a
disappointment which hauls people to despondency. Frustrated or depressed mind
can not function as accurately as the fresh mind. This is all because of
increased pace of solicitude.
-Lacks Motivation:
Motivation
refers to the internal and external factors that stimulate desire or interest
of doing something. Motivation can also be considered as a the strong hunger
for new innovation through stimulus. Worried person, employer, student,
engineer, psychologist etc lack motivation. There is the indispensible role of
motivation in every secret of success. Immense anxiety is the main factor
influencing motivation.
CONCLUSION:
Continuous
worrying, emotional stress, too much of anxiety, psychological pressure,
immense mental tension all of these can have a heavy burden on your physical,
mental and psychological health. Too often worrying have so many bad effects
not only from the physical viewpoint but also from the spiritual point of
view. As muscle pain/tension, short term memory loss,heart attack, social
crimes, all sorts of violence, transaction of prohibited drugs, unexpected
deaths, and suicides are the result of serious worrying.
Anxiety
can not be cured by medicinal treatment so it is better not to let
anxiety/worry assualt us severely. The temporal solution of anxiety may be
there but the universal reality is that prevention is better than cure. It
shows that worrying is only the factor hindering progressivism. It can not
overcome the upcoming troubles rather regular anxiety gradually leads almost
near the door of faliure. That's why, Worrying Doesn't Take Away Tomorrow's Troubles!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, stay in a fantastic and romantic way.
